Charcha Café: Reviving Assam’s Putola Naas – Dialogue, Recognition, and Collective Action will be held on 30th March 2026 in Guwahati, marking the celebration of World Puppetry Day. Building on the spirit of the 2024 edition, the event will bring together civil society organisations, development practitioners, artists, and cultural practitioners to connect, exchange ideas, and engage in meaningful dialogue. It is hosted by Roots to Branches Foundation in collaboration with NAAT Foundation.
